Stocks you should be buying RIGHT NOW according to The Motley Fool.

The Motley Fool says that you should be buying and not trading the following stocks right now:

What makes a great company? That’s the rub. There can be a lot of ways to measure greatness. eBay (Nasdaq: EBAY) and Southwest Airlines (NYSE: LUV), for example, have high net promoter scores. Coca-Cola and Nike (NYSE: NKE) have nearly unmatched brand and marketing savvy. Boeing (NYSE: BA) and 3M have long histories of innovation. Starbucks (Nasdaq: SBUX) and Genentech (NYSE: DNA) have strong corporate cultures and are among Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For.

While I do own Boeing and a handful of other stocks (listed in my yahoo finance block), I am not a big trader but rather a mutual fund kind of guy as I prefer to let the pros make my stock decisions for me. Anyone have any thoughts on their list?

I’d say the list is a pretty standard one; none of the companies on that list are likely to drop in price anytime soon. They’ve all been doing well, both historically and in recent months, why would they be bad investment? You could probably add Microsoft and McDonalds to that list.
