		<description>Sometimes people who snore have sleep apnea, which means they stop breathing periodically through the night, and so of course they are sleepy the next day.

Some people who didn&#039;t used to snore start snoring when something changes such as when they gain weight.

So if it turns out not to be a one-time thing, you might want to look further.</description>
