		<description>I don&#039;t have any numbers handy but I would bet that Utah is somewhere towards the top of that list.  As for #1, yea you don&#039;t pay very much tax, but who wants to live in the dark 9 months out of the year...the government has to pay people to live there...that says something.</description>
