I am married and have a husband and two small kids. We've been a one-income family for the past 5 years while my husband finished grad school. I could have been better with my spending during this time. However, I've saved the maximum in my 401K and my company has a great pension plan on top of the 401K. Overall we are in good shape but find I need to spend more time thinking about our finances. Here it is 2 a.m. and I have to get up in 4 hours for work. I was up late tonight to do bills, update my spreadsheet with our assets/debt and do some research. I think a hardworking person (not to mention supportive wife) could use some help from Suze (even if she can be a bit annoying).
