Housing Market Gone Bonkers - This Is What I Am Dealing With.

Yes, this is close to where I live, and yes, it actually is for sale at the bargain discount price of $869,000:

The 576 sq. ft. home features one bedroom, one bathroom, a one car garage and Old Glory, proudly flapping about like amber waves of grain. This is the crap we deal with here in Southern California and why we have not even really looked at real estate around here..and why we are considering moving to Taos. Scary.

    1. is the grass fake?

    2. No, its not fake, its just new sod, thats all! Lovely, huh?

    3. I think the grass is probably the best feature to be honest. Things are only slightly better up here in Northern CA. This place would probably actually sell for over 700K where I am.

    4. I feel you LazyMan, I know its bad up there too!
