I used to work for just money, putting aside my personal wants and desires just to be able to make a lot of money. But I have learned since then that my quality of life is just, if not more, important as earning a buck. That’s what lead me to quit my very well-paying job to go out on my own. That was 9 months ago and since we still live by the beach, eat 3 meals a day and have not gone into debt, I am figuring it was the best decision I ever made. More free time, more “me” time, and no bosses to jerk me around. I could not be happier and the money still comes in.
