I buy the gallon size of baby mild unscented. I dilute it 1 part soap to 3 parts water. You can use in the shower as face and body wash. I also use it as liquid hand soap. I love Dr. Bronner’s. I was introduced to it in the Boy Scouts, as it is ultra-concentrated (saving weight on backpacking trips) and can do almost anything with it. I used a large bottle in the shower at college and it lasted almost an entire year (and I shower at least once a day) - it was unreal. They also make a product called Sal Suds - household cleaner made from pine needles. My mom swears by it now for washing linens/other things. She also washes the dog's toys in it - cleans them right up, plus there isn't a chemical residue on it. Dr. Bronner’s is amazing stuff. What it can do to your lungs and nervous system is unreal. Besides, it's .50 cents an ounce for the concentrate of the soap...it almost always is diluted, sometimes at 10 to 1 ratios, making it much cheaper. I was alone and really scared - until he bought a gallon jug of Peppermint Dr. Bronner's - said he couldn't live without it - washed him, his underwear, his Harley and his big rig. Told him he scared me - he said "I use Dr. Bronner's, that makes OK, right?" Came to be a regular customer and told anybody in the store of our first meeting. There's more to just cleaning with Dr. B's. Dr. Bronner’s has been around for ages and I can’t think of a better cleaning product for everything.
