Ultimate Frugality - The Best Free Software For Macs.

Being an Apple fanatic, I try to stay on top of the latest and greatest software available free of charge for Apple computers. I am constantly trying out new programs and figuring out which programs work best for me here at home.     Can you prepare a similar list for WinXP/Vista?
