Money Quote Friday – Pay Good Wages Edition.
This one is for all those companies out there trying to pay their employees less than they deserve:

I’m a big fan of paying people their worth because I believe you get back way more than you give out when you take care of people. If employees feel underpaid and disrespected, they probably are not giving you their all and thus your bottom line will suffer.

Hmmm..sort of goes against the outsourcing trend though. I think the grim reality is that you can always find someone who will do good quality work for a fraction of the price.
I’m in the legal sector and even attorney work these days are being outsourced to India. It sucks.

That really is a great quote, I have worked for companies before that don’t pay their employees nearly enough. It’s a wonder that they’re still in business.
