We only bought ones that had no minimum - but rarely can I ever eat out with the 2 of us for less than $35-$40 unless we go to McDonalds. :-) Depends on the restaurant. One example, is requiring you spend $35 before you can use the gift certificate. This amounts to a $35 meal for $12, which is still a great deal. As long as you are aware of the restrictions prior to purchasing it's a great deal. Also, deals at restaurant.com for either 70 or 80% off occur at least once or twice a month.
