Its not so bad if you get people with low DTI scores, people that have defaulted will default again.

I also lend on Lending Club and so far, so good. Great idea.

You have to be prepared for some defaults though. I have 3 out of my 107 loans go bad.

However, I’m still making a solid 9% overall (after the 3 losses). No stock, bond or CD can beat that!

I’ve been considering Lending Club, but it always seemed sort of risky. It’s nice to hear that it might be a good investment after all…
