I use my debit card back in FEB. to help my mom out, and paid her bill. She has recently lost her job and fell behind on her bills. Directv took $265.00 out of my checking acount for her bill. When i called i was toled that it's in there contrack that thay could take the money out of what ever acount that was last use. My name is not on a contract with them. I maid a complant with my bank, but it could take up to 45 day's to fined out what is going on. My checking acount is now over drafted $400.00, and there is no light at the end of the tunnel. I make $7.75 hr, and the only one working in my home. This has kompletely devistated me. What should I du??? I was totaly riped off by Directv.
