That's not to say that designer clothes are awesome and we should all rush out to buy them, just that they may not be "for you". Based on the general tenor of this website, I'm going to guess that you don't reside in a community or workplace where designer clothing is the norm, and you don't go to dance clubs in major metropolitan centers. In Toyko where I live, most people think a big apartment, a car and a big screen TV are unfathomable luxuries. Also, just as an aside, most of the heavily logo'd stuff is decidedly "down-market".
