I was listening to a podcast the other day where a wealthy guy was talking about the black card. He said a Visa employee told him the only difference between this and a platinum card is the customer service department is told to be a "little bit nicer" on the phone. You're using the same service as platinum and gold customers. That being said if I had money to burn I'd probably still get it since the card is made of metal. Geek cred.
