		<description>If I were unfortuante enough to lose a close relative and any, I mean any debt collectors came after me, I can&#039;t write what my comments would be.  

I wouldn&#039;t even consider it (paying the debts), and let them chase me down if they really want to.</description>

		<description>Actually in 30 states you can be held responsible for paying your parent&#039;s debts through filial statutes. Most states don&#039;t actually enforce these statutes though. Here is a list of &lt;a&gt;states with filial statutes.&lt;/a&gt;</description>
