It puts the ICE numbers at the top of your contacts, and lets you assign three of the numbers in your address book as ICE numbers. (I have my mom, my sister, and my boyfriend for mine.) It also has "Personal Info" below that, where you can put three notes. I put my blood type in the first note and in the second note I put where on my person my health insurance card could be found. I don't have anything I can think of to put in the third note, but if I had any allergies, I'd list them in there.
