“Renting is waste of money” is one of my favorites. How is it waste of money when you are paying for something that you *use*? When buying something, you are also buying it to use it, so it makes no difference.
Yes, buying a house you expect its price to raise, but often the mortgage payments add more than you gain from the raise. It’s all a question of calculations, very often renting just works better in the numbers and they are all that matter.

love the post, all the points are valid for pretty much anyone of adult age. The one i think we cna learn the most from is your first one about not having to earn a high salary to become rich. A personal finance educated adult who earns 40k a year will most likely be better off and richer in the long run than a clueless lawyer making 100k a year. Keep this in mind when you go see your doctor next time. Maybe he isnt rich, and just giving the impression that he is.
